Content: | In this one-day course we introduce you to our 3D printing system which includes the P4000 Printer, the L300 Post-Curing Lamp, the Zirkonzahn.Slicer software and the Printer Resin Waterbased Beige resin. We will explain and show you every single working step: from printer preparation, through the digital model creation with our Zirkonzahn software, up to the cleaning and curing processes. |
Programme overview – Course schedule
1 day (all-day)
- Presentation of the P4000 3D printer and short introduction to the printing dynamics
- Explanation of the most important steps to carry out before printing
- Execution of a print test
- Illustration of the cleaning process in the ultrasonic cleaner as well as the model curing in the L300 Post-Curing Lamp
- Creation of a model using the JawAligner system in the Model Maker module of the Zirkonzahn.Modifier software
- Introduction to the Zirkonzahn.Slicer software: model positioning and supports creation
- Resolve open issues
