Mutual legal agreement with Schütz Dental

Zirkonzahn GmbH initiated a legal review to clarify whether Tizian Mill Pantograph of Schütz Dental GmbH infringes Zirkonzahn's technical property rights for Zirkograph.
In the course of judicial proceedings at the district court Mannheim (Germany), Schütz Dental GmbH recognized the infringement on patent
EP 1 841 382 of Mr. Steger, of which Zirkonzahn Österreich GmbH is licensee. In the legal agreement dated July 13, 2009 Zirkonzahn GmbH and Schütz Dental GmbH have come to a mutual legal agreement. The dispute was settled by a commercial resolution.
