Content: | We show you all necessary digital working steps for the modelling of a primary structure with previously prepared dies and the corresponding full contour teeth set-up. We provide for you a six-unit anterior substructure made of Tecno Med Mineral Tissue and illustrate how to create an aesthetic gingiva with Gingiva-Composites. With the help of the six single crowns made of Prettau® 4 Anterior® prepared beforehand, we teach you the special colouring technique as well as the personalisation with the ICE Zirkon Stains 3D by Enrico Steger. The result obtained will be a six-unit anterior substructure made of Tecno Med Mineral Tissue with cemented single crowns in Prettau® 4 Anterior® on titanium bases. |
Program
Day 1 (all-day)
- Software training: Planning of the 6-unit primary structure made of Tecno Med Mineral (Tissue) and Prettau® 4 Anterior® crowns in just one work step
- Elaboration of the unsintered Prettau® 4 Anterior® single crowns
- Colouring the crowns with Colour Liquid Prettau® 4 Anterior Aquarell
- Drying and densely sintering the Prettau® Bridge overnight
- Elaboration of the Tecno Med Mineral substructure
- Cementing the titanium bases in the substructure
Day 2 (all-day)
- Evaluation of the sintering results
- Colouring of the Prettau® 4 Anterior® crowns with ICE Zirkon 3D Stains by Enrico Steger/glaze material Glaze Plus
- Stain and glaze firing
- Cementing the completed crowns on the Tecno Med Mineral substructure
- Application of the Gingiva-Composites Tissues in the gingival area
- Polishing the gingival parts and finalisation of the entire restoration
- Resolve outstanding issues
